Tech Support Lead Security Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in a relevant technical field Employment Type: Full-Time Role Objective: To lead a technical support team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading electronic security systems including Access Control and CCTV, while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and coordination with key accounts and OEMs. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of support engineers handling security systems (Access Control, CCTV, etc.). Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues related to surveillance and access control solutions. Incident Management: Ensure rapid response to critical issues and manage escalations efficiently. Client Coordination: Handle key account communication, support escalations, and provide root cause analysis for reported issues. Training: Conduct internal training on emerging security technologies and best practices.
