Job Summary: We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) with 1 to 3 years of experience to ensure the quality and functionality of web and software applications. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and expertise in testing methodologies to identify and resolve issues efficiently. You will be responsible for manual and automated testing, reporting bugs, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with developers and designers to enhance product performance and meet industry standards. Responsibilities: Review and analyze system specifications. Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Evaluate product code according to specifications. Create logs to document testing phases and defects. Report bugs and errors to development teams. Help troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Required testing skills: Bug Testing, API Testing, Database Testing. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role. Experience in project management and QA methodology. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. Working knowledge of test management software and SQL. Hands-on experience with Postman, Jira, and Bug Testing. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Good organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BSc/BTech/MCA/BCA). Soft Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality testing and bug detection.
