Lead Salesforce Architect Location: Pune Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will work across multiple Salesforce clouds and integration platforms to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Architect and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role. Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; experience with Health Cloud is preferred. Strong development skills with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a deep understanding of the Salesforce metadata model. Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security models, sharing rules, automation tools, and platform limitations. Proven experience with MuleSoft and API-led integration architecture.
