Your Role: Senior Software Development Engineer in Test As a Senior SDET, you will architect, develop, and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks while leading performance, security, and functional testing initiatives to ensure our enterprise SaaS products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. What You ll Do Test Automation & Framework Development Design and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks using C#, Selenium WebDriver (.NET Core), Playwright, or Cypress based on the Page Object Model (POM). Build cross-browser test libraries (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with parallel execution using Selenium Grid. Performance Testing Develop and execute performance testing strategies using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, simulating real-world user loads. Analyze results to detect bottlenecks and recommend optimizations. Functional & Security Testing Conduct rigorous functional testing ensuring zero-defect releases focused on customer satisfaction. Perform vulnerability assessments using Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, ensuring compliance with GDPR and SOC2 standards. CI/CD & Agile Integration Automate test scenarios in sprint cycles, integrating shift-left testing into Jenkins, GitHub Actions pipelines. Architect tools for test data generation and environment provisioning. Mentorship & Collaboration Lead and mentor teams on best practices in automation design patterns including Factory, Singleton, and Fluent Interface. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards. Who You Are Must Have: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 7+ years of experience in automation, testing, and quality assurance. Expert in C#, Selenium WebDriver, XPath/CSS selectors, and design patterns for automation frameworks. Proficient in REST/GraphQL API testing using Postman, RestSharp. Skilled in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling). Familiar with security testing tools (Burp Suite, OWASP Top 10) and secure coding practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Agile methodology expertise (Scrum/Kanban) and shift-left testing mindset. Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Good to Have: Active open-source contributions or GitHub presence in testing frameworks.
