Role Overview We re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer (Automation) to join our Slike team. You will design and implement automated test frameworks, ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our video solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms. Design, write, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar tools. Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate. Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testable use cases. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report detailed bug logs. Support performance, regression, and integration testing. Maintain and manage test environments and test data. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving business-impacting technical issues for global customers. Drive the POC with Customer end to end. Work with internal Tech teams (Software Developer, Manual/Automation Testers), Engineering, Sales, and business teams. Hands-on experience with one or more languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#). Hands-on experience with one more Testing Framework (Nightwatch, WebdriverIO, TestNG, Testcafe, PHPUnit, JUnit, Pytest, Cucumber, etc. ). Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (like Selenium, Appium, Cypress) and Hybrid cloud-based SAAS solutions. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and their implementation. Strong at debugging the code and performing root cause analysis. Strong knowledge of Web-based applications, various browsers, and HTML DOM, and CSS. Should have hands-on experience with any CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines). Experience with tools like IntelliJ IDE, Jira, GitHub and ServiceNow/Zoho Desk. Awareness of ITIL and Customer Success/Support processes. Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience. 3+ yrs of L3 Support or Application Support.
