Your Role and Responsibilities As a Selection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, working closely with hiring managers to ensure the organization hires the best talent that aligns with its goals and values. This role involves screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and facilitating the final selection of candidates. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Assist in defining selection criteria for various roles. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Utilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking) to attract talent. Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with the technical panel and hiring managers. Provide detailed screening feedback and recommendations to hiring managers. Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field. 1 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience in technical recruitment is a plus. Familiarity with recruitment for software skills, cloud skills, IT infrastructure, or F&O roles will be advantageous. Preferred Skills Strong understanding of selection techniques and tools. Proven communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. Qualification : Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
