Familiarity with ticketing tools such as BMC Remedy, GSD, or ServiceNow. Cloud & Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud management, Oracle databases, LDAP, MQ, TCP/IP networks, web servers, and data center management. Understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, and integration with platforms like Mule Gateway, AnyPoint, and PCF. Experience in application migration and a clear understanding of the process.
