This role requires expertise in UI/UX design, creative design, PowerPoint presentations, and video content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair and the ability to transform concepts into visually stunning designs that align with our brand and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Creative Design: Design and develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print materials. Create marketing collateral like brochures, flyers, posters, and banners. Develop innovative design solutions to engage and captivate the target audience. PowerPoint Design: Design professional PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external use. Transform complex data into visually impactful and easy-to-understand slides. Ensure consistent branding and design across all presentation materials. Video Design: Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and internal communications. Integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with the brand s visual identity in all design projects. Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to refine and evolve the brand s design elements. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver results. Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, new design tools, and technologies to improve workflow and design quality. Qualifications: A Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts or a related field. 5 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or other industry-standard design tools.
