Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between business and technology, providing solutions that meet client needs by leveraging both technical and functional expertise. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bridging Technology and Business: Serve as a techno-functional expert, acting as the liaison between project and support teams. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration to deliver effective solutions. 2. New Business Implementation: Drive the end-to-end process for new business implementation projects, from requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment. Assess the feasibility of new change requirements and provide clients with optimal solutions and clear timelines. 3.
