About the Role As a Motion Designer II, your role will involve creativity, quirkiness, and a deep understanding of the user. This role focuses on making e-commerce accessible for Tier-2+ markets, where users are new to e-commerce and have rarely transacted online. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency and quality across all our products by shaping and using our Design System. Working closely with the Design team, you will create illustrations, iconography, micro-transitions, and animations that enhance communication with our users. You will also evolve and document Design System guidelines, supporting both Designers and Engineers.
