Position: Assistant Manager Human Resources Location: Nashik Experience: 5 10 years Qualification: MBA in Human Resources About the Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Human Resources to oversee and implement HR strategies at the unit level. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. You will play a key role in driving people practices that align with organizational goals, while also mentoring unit-level HR professionals for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Implement and drive HR strategies aligned with overall business goals at assigned units Act as a strategic HR partner by contributing insights that influence decision-making and workforce planning Prepare and manage manpower planning for assigned locations, ensuring alignment with business needs Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring effectiveness, quality, and compliance with defined budgets Ensure policy compliance and proper implementation of HR systems and procedures Coordinate and monitor employee training programs across all departments Address and resolve employee grievances within defined timelines and procedures Ensure awareness and execution of disciplinary actions in coordination with department heads Supervise and guide unit-level HR teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness Ensure performance appraisal processes are executed in line with policy and timelines Review and verify HR MIS reports and other documentation prepared by unit HRs Support and verify data consolidation for audits and ensure closure of any non-conformities related to HR Actively participate in internal, external, and NABH audits related to HR function Key Skills & Competencies Payroll Management Recruitment & Employee Life Cycle Management Employee Engagement & Retention HR Operations & Policy Implementation Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws Performance Management & Appraisal Processes Exit Management & Interviews MIS Reporting & Audit Readiness Required Qualifications MBA in Human Resources 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within manufacturing or multi-unit environments Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally and handle sensitive HR issues with discretion Qualification : MBA in Human Resources
