Assistant Manager Location: Bhuj, Gujarat, India Responsibilities Provide technical support to FQA for electrical packages of Solar Projects. Develop and strengthen SFQPs (Solar Project Quality Plans) based on lessons learned from previous projects for electrical packages of Solar Projects. Coordinate with contractors and project teams for timely completion of all QA & inspection activities. Review of MIS (Management Information System) for inspection management, approved SFQPs, and quality issues. Perform inspections as per the assigned inspection call on the proposed date for electrical packages of Solar Projects. Carry out construction/store audits as per the audit plan. Disposition of non-conformities during inspection of equipment for electrical packages. Ensure documents are uploaded in the common share folder on a real-time basis for QMS (Quality Management System) and CEIG (Central Electricity Authority, India Guidelines). Carry out failure analysis of electrical packages of renewable projects as required. Qualifications Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience. Experience: 6-10 years of experience in relevant field. Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience.
Senior Officer - Land Acquisition

Senior Officer - Land Acquisition Location: Bhuj, Gujarat, India Responsibilities Responsible for overall land acquisition for private land. Arrange the revenue documents from the revenue department as per requirements. Coordinate with WRA team for the wind location approval. Raise the fund request as per the projection of lease deed execution. Coordinate with LF for the lease/sale deed and its ROW execution. Coordinate with Patwari & LF for the physical demarcation of lease/sale land. Coordinate with LF/landowners for execution of lease/sale deed. Arrange to update the mutation of Govt/Pvt land in favor of the company name in revenue records. Liaison with all stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of projects. Resolve local ROW issues in time to achieve the project on the designated timeline. Qualifications Experience: 4-7 years of experience in liaisoning and land acquisition in the Renewable Energy industry. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Law, or Environmental Studies.
