The role involves the design and analysis of RCC and steel structures for industrial applications, particularly in the steel, power, and process sectors. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for reviewing drawings and estimating quantities for both RCC and steel structures. Key Responsibilities Perform analysis and design of reinforced concrete (RCC) and steel structures for industrial facilities. Review and validate design drawings and ensure they align with project specifications. Prepare detailed quantity estimates for RCC and steel works. Create and review design reports, design bases, technical specifications, and other project deliverables. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. Required Skill Set Strong hands-on experience in structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures. Industry background in integrated steel plants, material handling systems, power plants, oil & gas, chemical, or process industries is preferred. Thorough understanding of Indian design codes and specifications (IS codes). Exposure to international codes and standards is an added advantage. Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and MS Office is essential. Experience with tools such as RCDC, Mat3D, Idea Statica, RAM Connection, and AutoCAD is desirable. Familiarity with 3D engineering tools like Tekla, Revit, and Navisworks is a plus. Strong documentation skills and ability to prepare detailed design reports and technical documents.
