Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration roles. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and core networking principles. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud collaboration tools. Working knowledge of MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune, Jamf) and endpoint security tools. Familiarity with configuring firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise networking equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset. Ability to work independently, prioritize issues, and support users both on-site and remotely.
