Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to support our financial operations and client coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in Finance and an eagerness to develop skills in financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Maintain financial records, manage transactions, and perform reconciliations. Assist in preparing financial statements, invoices, and reports. Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable/receivable. Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Follow up with clients regarding financial transactions and documentation. Support budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management activities. Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other tax filings in compliance with statutory requirements. Utilize financial software tools such as Tally and Zoho for bookkeeping and reporting. Qualifications & Experience Postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounts (M.Com, MBA Finance, PGDM Finance, CA Inter, or equivalent). Freshers are welcome; internship experience is advantageous. Skills & Competencies Solid knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, and financial management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, Zoho, or similar financial software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and professional client management skills.
