In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of electron beam (e-beam) machines used in the curing process for wires and cables. This position is critical to ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor e-beam machines for wire and cable curing. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate operational records. Monitor production output and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards.
