Job Responsibilities Generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients. Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers. Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Maintain customer databases and ensure all records are updated regularly. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. Coordinate with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfilment. Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers regarding delivery schedules. Maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and sales reports. Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management review. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Facilitate communication between the sales team and other internal departments to ensure alignment on customer requirements and project timelines. Collaborate with marketing to coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and events. Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, distributors, and partners, to support sales initiatives. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales support, or administrative roles, preferably in the advertising/ marketing industry. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

About the Role We are looking for a seasoned UX Designer for a B2B Low-Code/No-Code Platform to create intuitive user experiences for our web and app products. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and engaging design, possess proven UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, functional and immersive user interfaces. Responsibilities 1. Business User-Centered Design Be able to strategize and implement design thinking. Lead the design process with a profound empathy for users and their needs. Conduct user research, expert reviews, heuristic analyses, and usability testing to deliver user centered, data-backed designs. 2. Ownership & Execution Take ownership of UX design tasks and drive them to completion with precision. Rapidly conceptualize step by-step user journeys and transform them into interactive prototypes for development teams. 3. Team Leadership & Mentorship Mentor junior designers and guide senior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth oriented environment. Own and implement their own design language and framework. Encourage and enforce design best practices across the development team. 4. Design Strategy Define and implement design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs. Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering and testing teams to establish long term product strategies. Leverage data and research insights to inform design decisions and measure success. Quick study, should be able to grasp the concepts and find basic solutions and convert them into an interactive prototype for the development team to use. 5. Design Systems & Branding Develop, maintain, and curate scalable design systems. Create and update branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints. 6. Advocacy & Communication Advocate for the value of design across the organization, including with senior management. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align design goals with broader product strategies. Qualifications 1. Education A degree in UX Design (B.des or M.des), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent field of study. Certificate courses in UX design (minimum 6 months) or equivalent industry experience. 2. Previous Experience 8+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a focus on the entire UCD process from research to testing. SaaS platform design experience is highly preferred. 3. Tools Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration. Familiarity with collaborative platforms like Miro for sketching and ideation. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proven track record of delivering industry standard products. Experience conducting quantitative user research and usability testing using online tools. Proficiency in creating and managing design systems. Strong background in product design, especially for scalable solutions. Good to Have Ability to discuss and present design concepts through collaborative platforms like Miro or Figma. Competence in conducting secondary research and presenting findings in clear, concise presentations.
