Position: Deputy General Manager Business Development & Bidding Location: Pune Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Business Development and Bidding functions. Team Leadership Mentor, guide, and lead the business development and bidding teams to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Experience: 15 to 25 years of relevant experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional construction. Education: Mandatory: B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management Skills and Competencies Deep understanding of various contracting models including EPC, Turnkey, and Item Rate. Strong commercial and legal acumen related to construction contracts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
