Legal Assistant Location: Young Tech Office, Varanasi Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight (Saturday and Sunday off) Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our Legal Team by reviewing and vetting contracts and other legal documents. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of legal drafting and research, with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Legal Team in reviewing and vetting contracts and legal drafts. Conduct basic legal research and support drafting activities. Analyze documents carefully and identify potential issues or ambiguities . Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties as needed. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum qualification: LLB degree or 3+ years of experience in a legal role. Relevant experience in legal and corporate environments is preferred. Knowledge of US Federal Laws is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Accounts Executive Location: Varanasi Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight IST 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Commerce or related field; Master s degree preferred. 3 4 years of experience in an accounting role with hands-on expertise in journal entries, ledger management, and general accounting functions. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Ability to organize tasks, multitask efficiently, and manage time effectively. Exposure to various accounting responsibilities and workflows. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and solve problems effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills, especially with MS Excel for data management and reporting. Work Location: Young Tech Office, Varanasi Qualification : Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field; Masters degree preferred.
