Assist in resolving technical issues for team members and mentor junior developers. Manage source control tasks including branching, merging, and resolving code conflicts. Required Skills Strong programming skills in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and SQL Server. Experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
