This role requires a solid understanding of building systems, particularly MEP, and the ability to work with both local and international project teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates using CSI Uniformat and MasterFormat coding standards. Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, RFIs, and BIM models to identify scope and discrepancies.
