Analyze current and future state business processes to identify optimization opportunities. Support project planning, backlog grooming, risk assessment, and effort estimation. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of outcomes against requirements. Engage in change management, training, and stakeholder communication activities. Work with data science and AI teams to translate business needs into AI/ML use cases. What We're Looking For: Must-Have Skills: 6 8 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and Agile delivery. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Strong ability to create user stories, BRDs, process documentation, and wireframes. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. Experience in backlog grooming, estimation, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Familiarity with SQL and advanced Excel for basic data analysis. Exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions or involvement in AI-related projects. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced environments. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Certifications: CSM, PSM, CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA. Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Balsami, etc.). Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience with API integrations, data migration, or system modernization projects. Domain knowledge in finance, healthcare, or retail industries. Experience collaborating with AI/ML or data science teams. Understanding of structured/unstructured data, AI concepts (e.g., NLP, recommender systems), and ethical AI principles.
