Business Analyst Location: Kolkata Experience: 3+ Years Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for requirements management, communication, and analysis to ensure that business needs are clearly defined and translated into functional specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to ensure that solutions align with business goals and objectives. Responsibilities Requirements management, communication, and analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Eliciting requirements: Engage with stakeholders to identify, understand, and document their needs. Translating and simplifying requirements: Convert complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable specifications. Assisting with the business case: Support in preparing business cases by gathering relevant data and helping in evaluating potential solutions. Planning and monitoring: Assist in planning and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
