The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge and a strong track record of driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in power cord and wire harness markets Build and maintain relationships with clients, OEMs, and distributors Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to enhance product visibility Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy Handle technical customer queries and provide detailed product information Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with operational capabilities Meet sales targets and report regularly on progress and forecasts Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in power cords and wire harnesses Sound understanding of electrical products and applications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in both B2B sales and marketing campaign management Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Power Cord Sales Wire Harness Industry Knowledge B2B Marketing & Sales Strategic Planning Client Acquisition and Retention Sales Analytics and Reporting Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
