Collaborate with marketing, HR, sales, design, and leadership teams to source content and align messaging with company objectives. Track and analyze post and campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Design, or a related field. 1 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design platforms. Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently. Nice-to-Have: Experience managing paid social media campaigns. Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. A portfolio showcasing previous social media creatives and videos.
