QA Engineer Experience: 4+ Years Job type: New Job function: Information Technology Location: Hyderabad Job description 4+ years of experience in Automation Testing of Web, Mobile and API Testing (at least 3 yrs relevant in selenium - java) Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium,Appium, Cucumber, TestNG, Page Object Model, Data driven and Hybrid. Excellent understanding of the STLC process and familiar with the various testing methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reviews application requirements/ User Stories and project documentation and asks follow-up questions as needed to gain a full understanding of end-to-end business process requirements. Ability to work with the Test Manager to create Test Plans, participate in scrum ceremonies and represent the Quality Assurance team. Design and manage end-to-end testing activities for various projects across the business lines. Prioritize end to end integration test executions by working closely with the project teams. Collaboratively work with different testing teams and ensure testing standards and client expectations are met. Good to have Skills BDD framework Knowledge TestNG/JUnit or Cucumber Experience in RestAssured, JMeter and Postman

Key Responsibilities: Manual Testing: Develop and execute manual test cases for both web and mobile applications. Defect Documentation: Document test results and defects in a clear, concise manner, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects and maintain product quality. Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing efforts and project timelines. Test Planning: Participate in design reviews, requirement gathering, and the creation of comprehensive test plans. Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends. Process Improvement: Provide valuable feedback to improve the testing process and contribute to continuous product quality improvements. Requirements: Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Test Management Tools: Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Asana, and API testing tools like Postman. Test Case Writing: Ability to write clear and concise test cases and defect reports. Automated Testing: Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
