Responsibilities and Impact: This role is a key partner in supporting the Commodity Insights strategy by designing and implementing service-oriented solutions within our digital workflow platforms. You will be the Product Manager for the services that solve diverse business problems by developing our next generation of workflow systems to leverage latest automation, GenAI and cloud technologies by working closely with stakeholders in an end-to-end implementation of the solution: inception, prototyping, development, and productionizing. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to translate complex business processes to technical solutions. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on external product management feedback, business requirements and internal goals. Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs and stakeholders to identify product requirements and prioritize feature development. Identify and drive opportunities for incorporating new technologies into existing workflows to optimize current operations. Work closely with the product owners and software development team to ensure that products are developed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Monitor and analyze application performance and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions. Develop and manage a high performing teams, creating an environment to enable them to excel, leading by example and providing regular coaching for their continued development. What We re Looking For: A highly motivated and disciplined team player with7-10 years of product management experience, particularly in application or platform delivery using Agile methodology Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt communication styles, and a willingness to listen and learn Experience with LEAN management and language is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Test Automation & Framework Development: Design and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies. Architect competitive test automation frameworks. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: Bachelor s degree or six or more years of relevant work experience. Six or more years of hands-on experience in: Test automation using tools like Selenium, Robot Framework, and API testing. Programming languages such as Python, Java, and scripting in UNIX and Shell. Writing SQL queries and procedures for database testing. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA DevOps practices. Proficiency in DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins, Logstash, and Kibana. Expertise in building and implementing test automation frameworks. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability to resolve complex issues independently. Effective collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Patent submissions or industry recognition. Relevant certifications in AI, Testing, Cloud, or Project Management. Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and release management. Exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies in QA and automation.
