Technical Scrum Master Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Experience: 5 7 Years (Minimum 3+ years in a relevant Scrum Master role) Work Mode: Onsite (Work From Office) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Scrum Master to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering enterprise-level digital and data-driven solutions. This is a high-impact role requiring cross-functional leadership, client coordination, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans defining scope, timelines, goals, resources, and budgets. Drive end-to-end sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Agile Leadership Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Kanban practices across internal and client teams. Lead backlog grooming, user story definition, and sprint planning meetings. Mentor teams on Agile principles and promote continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain clear and effective communication across teams and with clients. Risk & Change Management Identify risks and issues proactively, providing mitigation strategies. Manage project scope changes, schedule deviations, and budget adjustments. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track sprint metrics, delivery progress, and team velocity. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, reports, and meeting notes. Quality & Process Assurance Enforce best practices in software delivery, QA, and DevOps where applicable. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5 7 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master in technical or software-focused teams Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) is mandatory Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello) Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Prior experience with enterprise-level digital or data solutions is a strong plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion on time and within scope Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team delivering innovative digital transformation solutions.
