Number of positions currently vacant: 05 Job Description: The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for performing standard e-discovery data operations within the Casepoint platform, including data processing, ingestion, overlay, conversion, archive, deletion, and data export. You will be responsible for ensuring that data is handled according to customer specifications and eDiscovery standards while assisting in various technical tasks and reporting. Key job responsibilities: Assist in various eDiscovery workflows within the Casepoint platform, including data processing, data ingestion, overlay, data conversion, archive, deletion, and data export. Responsible for active monitoring of incoming product support requests. Ensure all information is recorded properly and managed as per defined standards.
