Executive Relationship Manager Location: Nellore Experience: 2 - 5 Years Openings: 1 About the Role: As an Executive Relationship Manager - S2S, you'll report directly to the Sales Manager and be responsible for driving life insurance sales through direct customer engagement. This is a vital role focused on both acquiring new customers and providing comprehensive post-sales service to an allocated customer base. You'll leverage leads, personal networks, and referrals to identify prospects, conduct thorough needs analyses, and present tailored solutions, ultimately contributing to our business growth and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: Drive Sales & New Customer Acquisition: Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed business targets for Annualized New Premium (ANP) and case count. Customer Acquisition: Actively acquire new customers through a multi-faceted approach, including company-provided leads, your natural market, referrals, and managing orphan policyholders. Consultative Selling: Fix meetings with prospects to conduct detailed needs analyses and clearly explain product benefits. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute short-term and long-term plans to achieve your sales targets, collaborating closely with your supervisor on business numbers. Joint Sales Calls: Work collectively with your supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required to maximize success. Deliver Exceptional Service & Nurture Relationships: Up-sell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to your allocated orphan customer base. Policy Issuance: Ensure timely policy issuance by proactively resolving any pending requirements. Post-Sales Support: Provide prompt and comprehensive post-sales service to all allocated customers across all domains. Customer Engagement: Adhere to established customer touch-point engagement protocols to service your customer portfolio effectively. Persistency Management: Maintain the desired persistency ratio for your customer base. Process Adherence & Reporting: Activity Management: Adhere strictly to the advised activity management framework. Lead Management: Diligently follow up on your database and leads provided by the Lead Management System (LMS), updating the LMS daily. Compliance: Be a process and product champion, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal sales processes. Risk Mitigation: Participate in risk mitigation, contingency planning, and business continuity programs by executing tasks and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps or changes. Reporting: Provide timely reports to your Supervisor/Area Manager as required and adhere to the training roadmap. What We're Looking For: Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates with 2+ years in a similar sales or relationship management role. Education: Minimum 10+2 qualification (Intermediate). A Graduate degree is desired. Age: Below 30 years. Competencies & Skills: Good Attitude: A positive and proactive approach to work. Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills in the local language (Telugu) and basic understanding/communication in English. Basic Mathematics: Ability to perform basic calculations (e.g., percentage calculations). Customer Focus: Understands the customer lifecycle, makes them feel valued, and provides suitable value propositions to create brand ambassadors. Summary: The Individual will work closely with the production team across our factories to effectively plan and coordinate daily production activities. This individual will be responsible for creating detailed production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that production targets are met in a timely and efficient manner. The role will be based out of Nellore plant for the first 12 months. Responsibilities: Consolidate PO s and generate Raw Material requirements based on shipment ranking. Monitor FG (finished goods) inventory to ensure optimal Inventory turnover ratio. Coordinate with various departments (procurement, inventory, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of the production plan. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production status, resource utilization, output levels, and overall performance. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including production efficiency, downtime analysis, and inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to ensure alignment between production schedules and business objectives. Communicate production status updates and report critical issues or delays to management. Responsible for successful Implementation & adoption of all tech initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and work experience of 2-3 years. Strong proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel) and MIS reporting tools. Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and resource optimization. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and work experience of 2-3 years.
