Key Responsibilities: Supporting our DataVisa and ROP communities Access management configuration Issue triage Issue investigation and troubleshooting Data analysis and report preparation for customers and leadership teams. Requirements To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Minimum work experience of 6 to 8 years Minimum bachelor s degree Manage and support the analysing and documenting of technical issues arising in DataVisa and Manage ROP Manage and support the investigations into technical issues Support the change management activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement Identify impact of change on training materials and communication channels Manage and support the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting Assisting in the implementation of solutions. Qualification : Minimum bachelors degree
