Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new locations for the expansion of educational institutions. Perform site selection analysis to determine suitability for future campuses or branches. Create and maintain detailed and accurate scouting and mapping reports to track the status of locations. Update maps and location data as new information becomes available to ensure accuracy. Travel to potential sites for scouting and evaluating locations, conducting site visits, and assessing infrastructure and other key factors. Maintain a high level of organization to ensure that data and reports are up-to-date and accessible. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations based on the data collected. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduation in Business Administration (BBA) or a Master s degree (MBA) preferred. 0-2 years of experience in relevant domains (market research, data analysis, or location scouting). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Mapping Apps. Ability to conduct in-depth market research and location analysis. High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date records. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
