Key Responsibilities FAW & OBIEE Development Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise analytics solutions using Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and OBIEE. Implement and manage FAW solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Customize FAW dashboards and reports to meet specific organizational needs. Data Modelling & Integration Design, develop, and maintain robust data models, including dimensional modelling and star schema design. Provide expertise in ETL/ELT processes and data integration to support seamless data flow. Work with Oracle, SQL Server, and other database management systems to optimize data performance. OBIEE Development & Optimization Develop and maintain OBIEE reports, dashboards, and metadata repository (RPD). Troubleshoot and optimize OBIEE performance, ensuring scalability and reliability. Ensure data security and compliance across FAW, OBIEE, and related analytics platforms. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Provide technical expertise in data integration, reporting, and visualization to internal teams and stakeholders. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-12 years of experience in enterprise analytics and business intelligence. Technical Expertise Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW): Hands-on experience in customization and deployment. Data Modelling: Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling and star schema design. OBIEE: Expertise in RPD development, dashboard/report creation, and performance tuning. ETL/ELT: Strong understanding of data integration processes and tools.
