Skills and Qualifications Experience & Certifications 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. Salesforce Certifications (ADM 201, ADM 211, Platform Developer I and II) are highly desirable. Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and external systems.
