Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on stakeholder feedback and business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal teams to define product requirements and prioritize features. Optimize workflows by integrating automation, GenAI, and cloud technologies into business operations. Partner with Product Owners and development teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Use data-driven insights to monitor application performance and inform product decisions. Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and providing mentorship to support ongoing development. Implement effective change management and communication strategies to drive high adoption rates. Qualifications Must-Have Skills: 7 10 years of product management experience, especially in platform or application delivery using Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex business processes into technical solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles and build strong relationships. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with LEAN management methodologies and principles. Familiarity with workflow platforms and automation systems.
