Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the lending domain (consumer, mortgage, personal loans, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with business analysis techniques and tools, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and user story mapping. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is preferred. Qualification : 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role.
