The Role: Senior Engineering Manager

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll lead and grow a team of talented engineers while driving the architecture and delivery of high-impact products. This role requires technical depth, strong leadership, and a product-oriented mindset. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust systems that power the future of crypto and Web3 at scale.

What You ll Own

• Lead end-to-end product development from planning to production.
• Own system architecture and drive high-impact technical decisions.
• Mentor, manage, and grow a team of engineers through regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business teams in an Agile environment.
• Champion engineering best practices and operational excellence.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Go (primary) and hands-on experience with Java, Scala, or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Real-time data streaming experience with tools like Kafka, Flink, Pulsar, or Spark Streaming.
• Strong database knowledge:
  • NoSQL: Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, ScyllaDB, Bigtable
  • SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Experience with caching/in-memory systems like Redis, Aerospike, or Memcached.
• Exposure to financial systems (ledgering, reconciliation, reporting). Fintech or crypto background is a major plus.

• Proven experience building low-latency, high-throughput, and scalable platforms.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into elegant technical solutions.
