Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX writing/content design. Background in structured content and content modeling. Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders across the organization. Experience in transitioning between high-level content strategy and hands-on writing tasks. Familiarity with tools like Confluence and Figma (or similar) to create content design concepts and co-design with craft partners. Ability to apply research and data insights to your content and test iterations to improve the experience. Strong project planning, prioritization, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across global teams. Experience working with design systems is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working with AI-driven content creation and digital experiences. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
