- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research skills.
- Quick learner, eager to master new design and productivity software.
