Job Responsibilities: 1. Interact with cross-functional teams to design relevant creatives for marketing campaigns. 2. Understand the framework and architecture of websites and user behavior on the web. 3. Design webpages and other website assets as per the given brief. 4. Conduct user research and gather data on best practices for the given use case. 5. Identify and troubleshoot UX Design Problems. 6. Redesign web pages based on conversion data. 7. Facilitating the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for the website 8. Designing, documenting, and delivering information architecture, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and visual designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. 9. Understanding and implementing UX the principles followed in design and style standards on typefaces, colors, images, etc. 10. Creating relevant graphics for marketing campaigns associated with the landing pages and blogs. 11. Prior Experience with using Webflow and an active interest in learning no-code tools 12. Translate designs from Figma to Webflow. 13. Create and publish static and CMS pages on Webflow. Required Skills: 1. Minimum three years of work experience and a proven track record with B2B SaaS companies. 2. Strong knowledge and command over designing and wireframe tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator & Adobe XD, etc. 3. Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and strong analytical abilities. 4. Experience creating graphic design assets like blog images, ad campaign images, etc. 5. Ability to work in a team setup with defined deadlines. 6. Ability to take ownership of the design process and collaborate with other stakeholders. 7. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and web flow.
