Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a corporate governance professional, to join our team. You will be comfortable working independently, to support our dynamic global Macquarie Asset Management business. In this role you will work closely with the global Asset Management governance teams to assist with entity administration, including management of entity database software, board and committee support, according to KYC requirements, and conduct regular reporting and oversight of non-group entities within global fund structures.

In this role, you will be managing the administration of Diligent Entity software and maintenance of all fund entity information for the business. You ll be assisting with board and committee meetings including the preparation of board packs, attendance at meetings and minute taking while managing periodical entity reviews and ad-hoc requests. You will manage the implementation and renewal of insurance policies for fund level entities. You need to play a role in provisioning standard KYC documentation and assisting in compiling documents for external KYC information requests.

You will get an opportunity to work with external vendors and internal systems to assist with corporate filings, such as annual returns, business license filings and respond to requests for information and working with external auditors. Additionally, you will also manage and provide support in corporate records and data integrity, as well as training of junior team members.

To be successful in this role you will have Bachelor s degree, associate degree or paralegal certification level qualifications with a focus on legal or governance. You will also have 5-10 years post-qualification experience. You will have strong MS Office skills and have an organised and focused work ethic to work with global business teams.
