Currently, the mechanical department operates with a team of trainee and contractual employees, which presents challenges in effectively completing regular maintenance. To address this, we are looking for an experienced mechanical maintenance professional to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze gaps in current maintenance programs to meet safety and operational requirements.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting to ensure efficient equipment operation.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Repair or replace worn or malfunctioning mechanical parts and equipment.
  • Document maintenance and repair activities with detailed reports on interventions and results.
  • Implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical system issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of mechanical devices, tools, and equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all mechanical maintenance and repairs.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 7 to 8 years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience.
