Responsibilities

include (but are not limited to) [E2E- End to End testing] Setup an E2E testing framework, including tools required for on-boarding new tests efficiently. Identify E2E tests based on customer scenarios on a continuous basis Establishing best practices of E2E Testing (functional and non functional) Lead the integration and validation of multiple products and perform release testing Own setting up of quality and validation dashboards with right metrics Manage and lead end to end test management for release Own release test execution plan and monitoring Work with the dedicated engineering team to automate test case Share best practice with engineering team on setup of end-to-end pipeline for testing Identify gaps in testing and come up with addressing plan Continuous measurement of quality release after release Work with engineering technical lead and identify most optimized way for testing features Identify testing risks in the release and come up with mitigation plan and get them addressed Create non-functional test strategy and make it part of release testing Lead test data management team to perform following: Define test data management protocol Setup on demand test data management Execute test data management and showcase continuous improvement Lead test environment team and perform following: Define test environment strategy and plan Define execution strategy for on demand test environment creation Continuous improvement on environment stability and customer experience Define and own validation release plan and assist in key validation metrics which should become part of release note Work with customer success team to identify key failure point and come up with better test coverage Work with pre-sales team in creating value proposition and highlight metrics to gain customer confidence Will have a couple of dedicated engineers to work with to make this happen The Candidate As a Product test lead, you will be responsible for establishing the vision and strategy for the products of Soroco, exhibiting strong leadership and analytical skills every step of the way. Product Test Lead Key Requirements and Qualifications: 8 - 10 years of progressive Product testing and validation experience of which a minimum of 3 years experience in product testing and automation testing, preferably on process mining and task mining, with an excellent record of accomplishment in delivering on time and on budget Needs to be well versed with automated testing and CI/CD technologies like Selenium, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and so on. Preferable to have experience with testing technologies like Behaviour Driven testing The person should have good understand of testing metrics and key eye for data driven decision and measurement of quality An excellent process-oriented thinker who wants to invest in systems that support scale and reduce redundancies Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a highly professional presence and communication manners with clients Scrum certification a major plus Data science fundamental understanding as we are building data-based products Knowledge of Scrum/devops and devops tools (Azure devops or Confluence+JIRA) Knowledge of test management tool like Azure DevOps test plan or equivalent tools and test data management is must have The person should have worked on python-based product and understand best way to test them and has experience in Analytics and data-based product testing
