About the Role As Senior Engineering Manager (L5) on the Flex Experiences team, you will lead engineering efforts for persona-driven UI/UX experiences within Twilio Flex our highly customizable contact center platform. What You ll Do Lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building rich agent/supervisor experiences in Twilio Flex.
