Minimum Education / Certification Requirements and Experience BS in engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive crash-related simulation. Experience in durability, full vehicle crash simulation, dummy positioning, airbag modeling. Strong fundamentals in Structural Mechanics, FEA, Non-Linear Materials, and Dynamics. Strong project management skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications and Skills MS or PhD in Engineering is preferred.
