The ideal candidate will have experience with both front-end and back-end development, including custom theme and plugin development, database integration, and website performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define website functionality. Design and build fully responsive front-end layouts using WordPress and industry-standard technologies. Create and manage website architecture, including content structure, navigation, and user experience. Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins as per client needs. Handle back-end development, including database management and server-side integration. Conduct performance testing and debugging to ensure optimal speed and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or content-related issues. Provide WordPress training and support to clients as needed. Monitor and maintain the performance and security of live websites. Candidate Profile: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field (preferred). 0 4 years of experience in WordPress development. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL. Experience with custom themes, plugins, and WordPress CMS architecture. Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi is a plus. Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization. Knowledge of website security principles and version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management abilities.
