Your Impact As a senior member of our team, you will: Provide Tier-4 level consultation and troubleshooting on complex and rare network topologies, utilizing mixed media protocols, for large enterprise Cisco customers in NGFW technology. Analyze and resolve complex problems, where detailed evaluation of factors is required. Deliver systems/product training to customers, contributing to the knowledge base for customer support and internal partners. Be a focal point for high-impact, large account problem resolution.
