Support pre-sales and partner teams in defining technical requirements for new opportunities, providing input on solution feasibility and estimating project effort. Ensure that all solutions meet stringent quality standards, while adhering to security, compliance, and performance requirements. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable solutions. Expertise in Gen AI, cloud technologies, and integration patterns. Hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and relevant frameworks is required. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and address technical challenges effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and customers. Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables concurrently, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. A proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions and providing exceptional customer service. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-centric environments is highly preferred. A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
