Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable solutions. Expertise in Gen AI, cloud technologies, and integration patterns. Hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and relevant frameworks is required. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and address technical challenges effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and customers. Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables concurrently, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. A proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions and providing exceptional customer service. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-centric environments is highly preferred. A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or relevant certifications in technologies or architecture frameworks is a plus.
