Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and services. Experience in building software products using Java, REST APIs, Microservices, and modern web frameworks like Angular/React. Proficient in data structures (e.g., Stack, Queue, LinkedList) and algorithms. Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS. Ability to collaborate on architectural discussions and take ownership of projects to deliver high-quality software. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Dedication to Agile/Lean practices and scalable architecture. Ability to develop reusable inner- or open-sourced components for multiple projects. Experience with behavior or test-driven development. Experience working closely with security and compliance teams to ensure software meets requirements. Ability to work with globally distributed, multicultural teams. Nice to Have: Experience developing regulated products under design control. Familiarity with virtualization, containers, and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with tools like Datadog, Helm, and GitHub Actions. A passion for continuous improvement in software development processes and frameworks.
