To strengthen our team, we are seeking ServiceNow Implementation Specialists/Developers to play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions in client-facing roles. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM and HR modules to meet customer requirements. Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs and other standard integration platforms. Work as a ServiceNow Developer on projects ranging from simple implementations to complex solution deliveries. Analyze and resolve production issues related to ServiceNow implementations. Manage the end-to-end code migration process across development, testing, and production environments. Support end-users by addressing queries and providing guidance related to the implemented ServiceNow solutions. Required Skills & Experience ServiceNow Certified Administrator (mandatory), with preference for candidates holding ITSM Implementation Specialist certification. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and support. Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM module. Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is an added advantage. Proven expertise working as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant in customer-facing engagements. Ability to analyze existing implementations, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions. Experience collaborating with international teams, especially across Europe and India. Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident, Problem, Change Management with knowledge of API integrations with ServiceNow. Should have ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS). Demonstrated experience designing and developing process-based solutions. Demonstrated experience documenting user case processes and BPM workflows Ability to transform Business Requirement into Business Process. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills End to End experience of ServiceNow based application design and implementation Well versed with class hierarchy, Update set hierarchy, data layer, flows, Service Portal, UI Action /policy, deployment, Integration, SOAP Service implementation in ServiceNow, Integration Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communications skills along with demonstrated facilitation skills. Effective and clear communication skills (written, oral and listening), with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner depending on the audience. Technical Specialist Armoured Vehicles Location: Pune Experience: 5 10 Years Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Specialist Armoured Vehicles to join our engineering team in Pune. The role involves the end-to-end design, integration, and development of armoured vehicle systems, with a focus on CAD-based design, vehicle packaging, and aggregate integration. Job Purpose: To lead the design and development of armoured vehicles, ensuring functional integration of mechanical systems and effective packaging using advanced CAD tools. Key Responsibilities: Design & Integration: Perform vehicle integration and packaging of key aggregates (powertrain, suspension, electronics, etc.) using Creo or CATIA software. Design components including armoured hulls, braking systems, pneumatics, and other critical mechanical subsystems. Ensure optimal space utilization and system compatibility within the vehicle structure. Execution & Implementation: Translate technical requirements into detailed CAD models and engineering drawings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with performance, safety, and protection standards.
